What is managed detection and response (MDR)?
Software on every laptop, PC and server reports suspicious behaviour to a security operations centre that is staffed 24/7. When something looks like an attack, such as ransomware encrypting files, the device is cut off from the network automatically and we call you. Acseda One is our MDR service.
What does cybersecurity cost for a small business?
Acseda Essentials starts at $99 a month plus $15 per user. Acseda One, with 24/7 monitoring, is $349 a month plus $32 per user and $60 per server. A law office with 8 users on Essentials pays $219 a month. There are no setup fees.
Do you replace our IT provider?
No. Acseda works alongside your IT provider. They keep your systems running; we add 24/7 security monitoring, staff training and password security, and work with them when an incident needs fixing.
Which areas do you serve?
Aruba, the rest of the Caribbean and the Netherlands. Setup and reviews are done remotely. Support is in English and Dutch.
Is the Secure Check really free?
Yes. It takes about an hour of your time. Optionally, we can also run a light external vulnerability scan of your website, email domain and public IP addresses, only with your written permission. It is a vulnerability scan, not a penetration test.
Does Acseda make us GDPR or PCI-DSS compliant?
